How The Universe Works: The Principle of Vibration

 

Continuing our series on the 7 Hermetic Principles, we arrive at the third principle, the Principle of Vibration. This principle teaches us that

"Nothing rests; everything moves, everything vibrates"

To understand better, let's do an exercise: look at anything around you that you consider to be still, motionless.

You may, for example, have looked at a table. It is there, visually standing in its corner.

But what makes up a table? Wood, metal, plastic? And what makes up wood, metal and plastic?

Zooming in closer and closer, you end up arriving at molecules created by a cluster of atoms that are vibrating at a specific frequency for the wood. A cluster of atoms vibrating at another frequency specific to metal, plastic, etc.

Also, this table is on the floor over the ground. This ground is on our planet Earth. The Earth is rotating around itself. The Earth is also moving around the sun, which is moving in our galaxy, which is moving in space, and so on (in addition to the Earth itself being a cluster of atoms).

By the Principle of Correspondence, we understand that there are 3 planes of manifestation, each vibrating in its frequency range and as above, so below. So the same applies to these plans. Through the Principle of Mentalism we understand that everything comes from the same creative source and we are part of that source.

So if something is manifesting in our lives, it is because we are accessing this frequency, this vibration. If we want to change how our life manifests itself, we need to access the vibration of what we want aligned with the will of The All so that it materializes. And our "direct line" to understanding whether what The All wants is the same as what we want is in our heart.

So if we really want something that is in our heart, we can access this new vibration and manifest it in our lives. The path lies in understanding what our own will is and what is interference from the will of others (hi Therapy).

If I try to manifest something that is someone else's will because I thought it was mine, I get stuck in life, it doesn't happen. If I access the frequency of what my Higher Self (again, through the heart) wants, all paths are open.

So keep this reflection that day.
