Dream Interpretation: A Spiritualist Psychoanalytic View

Have you ever wondered what does your dream mean to you?

Hello and Welcome! My name is Ricardo Tinti, I am a Spiritualist Psychoanalyst and Humanoterapeuta. Today I'm bringing a Spiritualist Psychoanalytic view to what happens when you sleep.

When you go to sleep, many things happen.

One of the functions of your sleep is for your brain to "dump" things that are not needed, just like a PC dumps its RAM memory when it turns off.

With that out of the way, let's get to the more interesting part. During your sleep, your unconscious mind may try to help you resolve your problems. To resolve them, you usually need to accept things about yourself.

But as we repress a lot of our behavior and emotions throughout our lives, there are things about you that, if they were told to you plainly and simply, you would probably be resistant to receiving them. You know when someone tells it like it is, and sometimes it feels like a physical punch? Your Spirit does not want to hurt you; it wants you to understand how you work and who you really are.

To help you with that, your unconscious disguises information about yourself with content that, when analyzed and worked through, brings repressed issues to the surface.

So parts of your dream are, in a sense, like an archaeological riddle. You need to understand what those symbols mean to you to get to the treasure that is your self.

When you start to elaborate on your dream, piece by piece, not as a whole, slowly you'll reach parts of yourself, parts that you are ready to see.

And there's also the astral projection. Another part of your dream is when you leave your physical body resting and go to the Astral Plane. In Portuguese, we call this Astral Plane "Umbral."

When you leave your body and go to the Umbral, you'll go where your vibration and emotions take you.

If you're feeling inside like your life is a horror movie, you'll synchronize with people who are feeling the same, and that place will be a live horror movie.

If you are asking for guidance and understanding, you may end up in Spiritual Colonies and Astral Hospitals.

Understand that your physical body anchors you in the material world. When your physical body is at rest, your emotions and thoughts dictate where your consciousness will go (sexual places, vacation spots, study areas, and places where other people, incarnated or not, will gather based on their vibrations and levels of consciousness).

But the thing is, the more you accept yourself as you are, the more you make peace with yourself, the less you condemn others and yourself, the lighter your vibration becomes, and the better your sleep and life become (acceptance is the key).

And as those things are all personal to each one, there's no simple answer to what your dreams mean. To really understand them, a psychoanalytic process is needed because, remember, you have resistance to seeing things about yourself that you do not accept. And breaking those resistances by yourself is a really hard job, not impossible, but much harder than with a professional therapist.

I hope this has generated value for you. If want to start a psychoanalytic process, send me a message on WhatsApp and book your session of Psychoanalysis and Spirituality where you'll reason what you feel, the influence of your own spirituality in your life and I'll apply energy and spiritual techniques when needed.

See you on the next article!
